  • File Format: PDF / AI / EPS recommended (JPG / PNG accepted)

  • Resolution: 300DPI preferred, 150DPI minimum

  • Color Mode: CMYK only (do not use RGB)

  • Bleed: Add a 3mm (0.125") bleed on all sides of your artwork. Keep all important text and logos at least 5mm (0.2") inside the trim edge to avoid accidental cutting.

  • Fonts: Outline all fonts or include font files

A: Our products are defaulted to a matte lamination finish to provide a premium, non-reflective surface that enhances readability and texture. If you prefer a different coating (e.g., gloss or no lamination), please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Q4: Can I print on both sides?
A: Yes, double-sided printing is available for all formats.

Q5: How long does delivery take?
A: Production takes 3–5 business days. Delivery time varies based on location and shipping method.

Q6: Do you support rush orders?
