A:Yes. Once we receive your order and design details, our designer will create a digital proof for your review. We’ll begin production only after you approve it.
A: After proof approval, the production time for customized ribbons is 5-7 working days, and for paper products is 10-15 working days.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
