A : We offer customization on Satin Ribbons, Grosgrain Ribbons, Cotton Ribbons, Tissue Paper, Stickers, Boxes and Premium Gift Bags.

A : Options include hot stamping (gold/silver), embossing, screen printing, and full-color digital printing.

Q: What if I don’t have a logo?

A: That’s totally fine! You can select one of our universal fonts and let us know your desired text. Want to add a special touch? You can also choose an icon from our icon library — we’ll include it in the design.

Q: Can I decide how the design is arranged on the product?

A: Yes! If you have a specific layout in mind, let us know. Or, we’re happy to help create a balanced design and send you a proof for approval.

Q: Will I see a preview before printing?

A: Yes. Once we receive your order and design details, our designer will create a digital proof for your review. We’ll begin production only after you approve it.

A : After proof approval, the production time for customized ribbons is 5-7 working days, and for paper products is 10-15 working days.

Standard shipping is included (7–14 business days, depending on location).

Need it sooner? Choose express shipping for just $29.99 – delivery takes 5–8 business days based on your address.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Receive unlimited proofs

If you opted for proofing before printing, you must approve your proof in “Your Orders” tab before it goes to production.
