1. How to choose the color and ribbon size?
*For ribbon colors, please refer to the common colors table in our page. (Please contact our customer service at info@laribbons.com. for special color customization needs)

2. Can i add my logo ?
Yes, we have a link to upload a logo please upload your logo and custom details.
3. Will I get a proof to see how it will look like before printing?
Yes, For all orders, we will send you proof to approve before printing, so make sure leave your email address when place order.
4. How long will I receive my order?
Normally it takes about 5-7days for making, regular shipping takes about 7-15days to UK,US,CA,AU, and 10-20days to most of other countries.
