Q: Can I print my own logo on the ribbon?
A: Absolutely! We can print your exact logo — no need to pick from default fonts. Just upload your logo file when ordering. Custom fonts are also welcome (as long as they’re free for commercial use).
Q: What if I don’t have a logo?
A: That’s totally fine! You can select one of our universal fonts and let us know your desired text. Want to add a special touch? You can also choose an icon from our icon library — we’ll include it in the design.
Q: Can I decide how the design is arranged on the ribbon?
A: Yes! If you have a specific layout in mind, let us know. Or, we’re happy to help create a balanced design and send you a proof for approval.
Q: Will I see a preview before printing?
A: Yes. Once we receive your order and design details, our designer will create a digital proof for your review. We’ll begin production only after you approve it.

Q: What’s your return policy for custom ribbons?
A: Since each ribbon is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless there’s a quality issue on our side. We print exactly what you approve — so please double-check the proof before we begin production. If the error comes from the confirmed design, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund.
